Mimosa Float

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup orange Juice, no pulp
  • 1 cup Champagne
  • vanilla ice cream
  • orange, sliced for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add about 1/4 cup of orange juice to the bottom of each glass.
  • Next, carefully pour the champagne about 1/4 cup into the glass. I usually aim for a 50/50 mix between orange juice and champagne, however, if you would like a stronger cocktail just add more champagne than orange juice. Be sure to leave room in the glass for the ice cream.
  • Then add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to the glasses. Since I used a champagne glass, I used a very small cookie dough scoop to scoop the ice cream.
  • Garnish with an orange slice. Enjoy!
