Add about 1/4 cup of orange juice to the bottom of each glass.
Next, carefully pour the champagne about 1/4 cup into the glass. I usually aim for a 50/50 mix between orange juice and champagne, however, if you would like a stronger cocktail just add more champagne than orange juice. Be sure to leave room in the glass for the ice cream.
Then add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to the glasses. Since I used a champagne glass, I used a very small cookie dough scoop to scoop the ice cream.
Garnish with an orange slice. Enjoy!
