Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and cape cod seasoning. If you do not have cape cod seasoning you could substitute with a mixture of paprika, cayenne pepper, and celery seed.
Place the tilapia fillets on an aluminum foil-covered baking sheet that has been drizzled with olive oil.
Drizzle the tilapia fillets with olive oil.
Bake the tilapia for 12-15 minutes (internal temperature 145 degrees or higher).
