Açaí Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet frozen açaí puree, allow to warm up for a couple of minutes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup milk or juice - use your favorite
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • assorted toppings - any variety that you like berries, sliced banana, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, sliced kiwi, chia pudding, granola, chia seeds, toasted coconut, peanut butter (or other kinds of nut butter), nuts/seeds, chocolate chips, or bee pollen.

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to the blender except the toppings and blend until thick and smooth. It will be very thick and you may have to move the ingredients around a little bit to get everything blended.
