What goes better with fireworks than dessert which is why the Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party is a great option!
Do you enjoy the magic of the Happily Ever After Fireworks at the Magic Kingdom? I know I do! There is just something so spectacular about watching the projections and fireworks over Cinderella’s castle to end the night at Walt Disney World!
Do you know how you can make the night even better? Adding desserts to the mix! And you can do just that with the Fireworks Dessert Party at the Magic Kingdom.
Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party
There are three choices for the Magic Kingdom’s Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party. The differences with the parties are where you will watch the fireworks from and if you attend the party before or after the fireworks. Below are the choices:
- Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing – Enjoy the dessert party at Tomorrowland Terrace before watching the Happily Ever After fireworks while standing in the reserved viewing area (Garden Plaza).
- Fireworks Dessert Party with Seated Terrace Viewing – Treat yourself to the dessert party before sitting down at the Tomorrowland Terrace to take in the Happily Ever After fireworks display.
- After-Fireworks Dessert Party – Watch the wondrous Magic Kingdom Happily Ever After fireworks from a reserved viewing area (Garden Plaza) and then after the fireworks feast on desserts and savory snacks at the Tomorrowland Terrace.
Remember advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit. The Fireworks Dessert Party is very popular and can book well in advance. At the time of publication, the cost of the Fireworks Dessert Party is $69 per adult and $41 per child (ages 3 to 9) including tax; gratuity not included or required. Separate Magic Kingdom park admission is also required.
The parties begin 60-75 minutes ahead of the start of Happily Ever After. You will need to check-in at the party area before entering the party or the plaza viewing area. Cast Members will then escort you to a table or the Garden Plaza. If you have the after-party, you will then go back to the check-in counter after the fireworks and be escorted to a table.

Thoughts
We really enjoyed the After-Fireworks Dessert Party at Magic Kingdom. The Garden Plaza area did not feel crowded and we had a wonderful view of the castle and fireworks. The dessert party after the fireworks allowed for the crowds at the Magic Kingdom to dissipate before we exited the park. We also felt like the after dessert party was attended by fewer guests.
