I used BorrowLenses on our summer trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. I rented a lens that I had been considering buying: Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 for Nikon. However, I did not want to commit to such an expensive lens without trying it out first. I am really glad that I rented it. I enjoyed the quality of the photos from this lens and it was on my camera 90% of the time. However, it was really heavy and did not give me quite as much zoom as I would have liked. The other 1o% of the time I had my kit lens on that went to 200mm. 
I do not regret renting this lens at all; I feel that it was a great use of money and the photos that captured our family trip where wonderful quality. I will definitely be using BorrowLenses again, especially to try out any lenses that I am considering purchasing!
