Spinach Artichoke Pizza
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Stretch the pizza dough out on a greased baking sheet and pre-bake.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Then add spinach and garlic cooking until the spinach is wilted about 3 to 4 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Then season with salt and pepper.
Then top the pizza crust with ricotta mixture, spinach, Fontina cheese, and artichokes. Bake until the crust is brown.
Sprinkle with basil and cut into slices before serving.

- 6 ounces baby spinach, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cups Fontina cheese, grated
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, quartered
- Fresh basil, chopped
