These pumpkin bars are full of fragrant fall spices and pumpkin flavor – just perfect for fall!
I am a huge fan of fall baking! I just love the combination of fall spices and pumpkin flavor. It makes my house smell so yummy! In fact, my daughter said she wishes we could bottle up the delicious scents.
If you are looking for other fall recipes, some of my favorites include this Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread, Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes, Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream, and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies.
You will love these incredible spiced pumpkin bars – they are just the best!
Pumpkin Bars
In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs, vegetable oil, pumpkin, and sugar. Then mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
Spray a 9×13 cake pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture in. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Once cooled, top with cream cheese frosting. You could make your own frosting, however, I used store-bought. I also used a frosting bag and tip to add my frosting to the Pumpkin Bars and then sprinkled them with cinnamon, however you could just spread the frosting on.
