Peeps are a classic Easter candy and either you love them or not. I fall into the ‘love’ group. There is just something about the soft and gooey center that gets me every time. As I mentioned previously in my Easter Banner post, S loves Easter! The holiday is second only to Christmas. At the end of the post, I am joining fellow bloggers to giveaway two Target gift cards.
I wanted to come up with a fun baking project for S and me to do together, since she always enjoys helping in the kitchen especially when it involves desserts. The winner was Peeps Brownies and they not only look pretty, but taste delicious too!
Peeps Brownies
- 1 box brownies mix + ingredients to make
- 2 packages of bunny Peeps
- Prepare brownies according to package and bake the recommended time.
- Two minutes before the brownies are done baking remove the pan from the oven and carefully place bunny Peeps on top. Bake the remaining two minutes.
- Enjoy!
