This peach blueberry cobbler recipe is made using only six ingredients which makes it so easy to whip up! It’s a great dessert to make for your family, a get-together, or for last-minute guests.
This peach blueberry cobbler is delicious especially when served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream!
Peach Blueberry Cobbler
Preheat your oven to 350˚F. In a 1.5-quart baking dish, pour in 1/2 box of white cake mix. Spread your sliced peaches and blueberries over the top of the cake mix and sprinkle with sugar.
Next, pour the water over the top of the fruit and gently mix/toss to allow for the water, fruit, and cake mix to slightly combine. *If you are using frozen fruit, reduce the amount of water to ~2 tablespoons.
Place slices of butter evenly over the top of the mixture. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

- 1/4 cups of water (less if using frozen fruit ~2 tablespoons)
