Panko-Crusted BBQ Chicken
In a bowl, combine panko, enspice chipotle bbq seasoning, a large drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
Lightly oil a baking sheet and place chicken on it.
Spoon sour cream into a bowl before evenly spreading it onto the tops of the chicken. Mound the panko mixture onto of the chicken and press to adhere (no need to coat the underside). Bake chicken until cooked through about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with roasted broccoli or a salad with roasted potatoes.

- 10 chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons enspice chipotle bbq seasoning
- 4 Tablespoons sour cream
- salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
