Making holidays fun and including memorable moments for my daughter is always my top priority. Being able to create an easy, spooky snack and spend quality time together especially around the holidays is so important to me. I want to create memories with my daughter.
When I was in Target last week, I noticed that General Mills Count Chocula®, Boo Berry® and Franken Berry® on an end cap near the cereal aisle. They had exclusive packaging that included part of a castle that can be cut out and assembled! In order to obtain all the pieces for the castle you must purchase all three varieties of the cereal. I knew that S would love to assemble the castle and it is the perfect way to get into the spirit of Halloween, so I had to grab all one of each of the cereals.
I thought that while we assembled the castle we might want to munch on a sweet snack and since I had three yummy boxes of cereal…Monster Muddy Buddies would be perfect!
The castle was so easy to assemble and the only supply you need is a pair of scissors. S cut out the middle section of the castle and then my husband and I cut out the rest. You will slide the pieces together into slots that you cut into the pieces.
How cute is this castle? Not only was the castle fun for the whole family to assemble, but afterwards S enjoyed pulling out some toys and using her imagination for endless play.

Muddy buddies with Halloween cereal? Genius! I should have done this while we still had some. Next time I’ll look for the castle boxes. 🙂
