These popsicles are so full of fresh fruit and nutrients it’s almost like a smoothie on a stick. Made with Greek yogurt and three different berries, this vivid purple popsicle will be a family favorite.
Spending time together with my family, especially my daughter, is always at the top of my priority list. S enjoys helping me in the kitchen and loves popsicles, so I decided to have her help me make Mixed Berry and Yogurt Popsicles. I love this recipe because it is so full of fresh fruit and nutrients that I do not feel guilty about letting her eat them.
These popsicles are so easy to make with my Vitamix. I have the Vitamix E310 Explorian Series Blender that has a 48 oz container. I use my blender for so many things from appetizers to smoothies to salsas. Since the Vitamix has 10 variable speeds I can get a smooth or hearty texture depending on what I am making.
Did you know that you can clean your Vitamix by just placing some dish soap and warm water in your machine and turning it on for 30 to 60 seconds? Seriously it cleans itself…YES!
For a limited time, Vitamix is offering up to $100 off all new machines plus free standard shipping (U.S. only), you can find out more here.
