This Greek Salad recipe is an easy-to-make side dish that the whole family will enjoy.
I am always looking for delicious side dishes to go with our main course especially easy-to-make ones perfect for summer. One of our favorites lately has been spinach couscous. This Greek Salad is quick to make which makes it perfect to make during the busy work week. It gives us a much-needed vegetable for dinner and something the whole family will enjoy.
This Greek Salad pairs with a variety of meals. A couple of options are to make it with hamburgers or summer BBQs. I also like the salad with Chicken Gyros.
Greek Salad
To make this Greek Salad, start by making the vinaigrette. In a measuring cup combine rice vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and Za’atar seasoning. While whisking, slowly pour the olive oil into the mixture.
Combine in a bowl, sliced onions, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, and feta cheese. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss it gently.
This salad is not one that does well when made ahead, so I recommend making it right before serving.
