Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip with Chocolate Wavy Lays

I always wish that the days were longer to get everything I needed to get done, done. One thing that I love about the holiday season is focusing on spending time together.    Most of the time that I spend with my husband tends to be at night after our daughter goes to bed.  It’s a little bit of time that we can dedicate to each other that we often refer to as at-home date nights.  Plus we do not have to find a babysitter and we can save money by eating treats that I can make at home.

With Christmas right around the corner, I decided that our date night this week was going to be wrapping Christmas presents.  It is much more bearable to wrap presents with someone else.  You can accomplish the task so much faster!  While wrapping presents we listened to Christmas music and munched on a snack.  

I paired Lay’s Wavy chocolate covered potato chips, which are only available for the holiday season, with my Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip.  Lay’s Wavy chocolate covered potato chips are available in three amazing flavors: Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and Milk Chocolate with Almond Bits.  Some of my favorite treats have the combination of sweet and salty!  The Chocolate Wavy Lays definitely hit that spot.  

The Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip uses only three ingredients: marshmallow creme, cream cheese and peanut butter.  This recipe does make quite a bit, so you could cut it in half or refrigerate your leftovers.  It is also delicious with fruit! 

 

I picked up all my ingredients at my local Target.  The Chocolate Wavy Lays are located in the Christmas section of the store.
