During the summer, we use our grill all the time! I dislike using my oven due to the heat that it throws off so the grill is the way to go.
I found Farmland® Southwest Peppercorn St. Louis Ribs in the meat section of my local Walmart and knew that I wanted to make them for dinner. I love when a company makes it easier on me; like already marinating the ribs. All I had to do was open the package and place them on my grill (not directly on the flame) for 1.5 hours. I made sure to go out and check on the ribs several times and flipped them over once.
While the ribs were cooking I prepared my go to pasta salad. It’s easy to make, tastes awesome and goes with everything. You can adjust the seasoning of the pasta salad to fit your tastes. I also usually cut the recipe in half when it is just the three of us.

- 1 box of 16 oz Pasta (I used tri-colored rotini, but macaroni or shells would also work), cooked, drained and cooled
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip/Mayo
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 4 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- Cheddar Cheese, cubed
- While the pasta is cooking, mix together miracle whip/mayo and milk. Add in sugar, salt, pepper, green pepper and onion.
- Once pasta is cooked, I cool it off by running cold water over it.
- Fold pasta and cheese into the mixture.
