I love fall when the weather starts to cool off, spending time as a family and all the colors and scents of the season.
Last week S asked me if we could pretend it was Thanksgiving. When I asked her why she wanted it to be Thanksgiving she replied “because we all gather around together at Baba’s” (grandma’s). Even she understands that the best part of the holidays is spending time together as a family.
I am someone that loves to write lists and if it is written down I am more likely to accomplish that task/project/etc. So what better way to make sure that we have a fabulous fall with this bucket list! I am looking forward to checking all these family activities off our list.
What are you planning on doing this fall? Do you have a fall bucket list?

I Love going to pumpkin patches. Oh and trick or treating 🙂 My hubby and I don’t have kids yet but we love to dress up and dress up the 10lb chihuahua mix and hand out candy to the trick or treaters in the neighborhood
I always love seeing what all the kids dress up as when they come to the door!
I’m with S – I love Thanksgiving, too, when all the family is here and I cook for 2 days to make sure everyone gets to enjoy their fave foods. I also enjoy coming up with a new tablescape each year using finds from my yards and the surrounding woods.
That’s awesome Alli! I cannot wait to see what your table looks like this year!
Smores are my favorite! I need to make sure to have a bonfire this fall so that I can make some! I wish there were more pumpkin patches around us here in Austin, but alas, there arent:(
That’s sad Megan, we have to drive about an hour to get to the one that we love.
My son is 16, and I’m pretty sure we’ll be doing everything on your list! 🙂
Awesome Kate!
So much fun!! I have a weekly linkup that started yesterday if you wanna join us and share your bucket list activities with us. http://www.wifemommyme.com!

Those are all on our fall bucket list. Can’t wait to actually get a little further into the season!
Me too Bernadette! Although I can’t believe October is next week!
I can’t wait to see your post about Boo at the Zoo! There is one at my local zoo but we have never gone there during that time. I seriously need to make a Fall Bucket List, thanks for the idea Paris! For sure what would be on my list is trick or treating.
How’d you know there was a post coming? 🙂 We always have lots of fun at Boo at the Zoo!
Love this list! Boo at the Zoo sounds so cute!
Thank you Candace! Boo at the Zoo is lots of fun!
These sound perfect! I made my fall bucket list wayyy before fall (earlier this month!). We have a boo at the zoo at our zoo, too!
That’s awesome Carrie!
I agree with S, Thanksgiving is the very best holiday of the year! No stress, just good family fun! Your Fall Bucket lists looks a lot like mine 🙂 Thank you for sharing with us at the Home Matters Linky!
Thank you Shirley!

Thanks Tianna! Boo at the Zoo is our local Zoo’s halloween event with trick or treating and more – so much fun! 🙂
This is the perfect fall themed bucket list 🙂 I love to go hiking when the weather is cooler too! It’s so much more enjoyable than going in the middle of summer!
Hiking is a wonderful addition! We really enjoyed hiking in the spring!
S’mores are an absolute must for a good fall! 🙂 I love this list–I need to make my own!
Can’t wait to see what is on your list Natalie!
Awww! The things little ones say! How adorable. I am a miserable list maker… if I make a list it’s GUARANTEED to not happen. lol
That’s funny Chrissy!
Ohhh, smores! I didn’t have them on my list but I’ve got to change that. Confession: I’ve actually never had smores but I really want to!
Oh my, you have got to try s’mores this fall! And there are so many variations from the original.
I hope to do a corn maze this year! Thanks for the ideas!
That sounds like fun Krystal!
