Do you have a favorite dessert? I love fruit desserts like cobblers during the summer months! Whether you use fresh picked blueberries or ones from the store or frozen blueberries the filling in this blueberry cobbler recipe will come out perfect every time!
This blueberry cobbler recipe is made using only four ingredients – so easy! It’s a great dessert to make for your family, a get-together or for last-minute guests.
I am going to step out on a limb and say that this blueberry cobbler is the best EVER when served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream of course!
Blueberry Cobbler
Preheat your oven to 350˚F. In an 8×8 baking dish, pour in 1/2 box of white cake mix. Spread your blueberries over the top of the cake mix and sprinkle with sugar.
Next, pour the water over the top of the berries and gently mix/toss to allow for the water, blueberries, and cake mix to slightly combine. *If you are using frozen blueberries, reduce the amount of water to ~2 tablespoons.
Place slices of butter evenly over the top of the blueberry mixture. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
