Blackberry Cobbler
Preheat your oven to 350˚F. In an 8×8 baking dish, pour in 1/2 box of white cake mix. Spread your blackberries over the top of the cake mix and sprinkle with sugar.
Next, pour the water over the top of the berries and gently mix/toss to allow for the water, blackberries, and cake mix to slightly combine. *If you are using frozen blackberries, reduce the amount of water to ~2 tablespoons.
Place slices of butter evenly over the top of the blackberry mixture. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
