Most of our dinners include Turkey or Chicken and that’s one of the reasons I love cooking with Harvestland® products. They offer chicken, turkey and pork that are raised on family farms that are fed all-vegetarian diets with no animal by-products, raised cage-free, and are never given any antibiotics.
Harvestland® offers many healthy products that include whole chicken, chicken breast, turkey burgers, ground turkey, chicken meatballs and more. I’ve tried many of their products and believe that they taste better than other brands.
Some facts about Harvestland®
- All chicken are raised on family farms with very strict USDA Process Verified programs, which ensures that the chickens are fed all-vegetarian diets with no animal by-products, raised cage-free, and are never given any antibiotics, ever.
- Raised to the same standards as their chicken, HARVESTLAND® turkeys are fed an all-vegetarian diet with no antibiotics, steroids or hormones.*
- Pork is the latest addition to the HARVESTLAND® brand. Their hogs are raised on family farms in the Midwest and are also fed an all-vegetarian diet with no antibiotics, hormones or steroids.
- Harvestland also offers USDA-certified organic chicken. These chickens are raised without antibiotics on free-range, organics farms and are fed an all-vegetarian diet of certified ingredients.
Chicken Fried Rice
I used Harvestland® chicken breasts in my crock-pot to make shredded chicken, you can find the recipe here. Once the chicken is shredded it can be used for so many recipes to make quick weeknight meals. One of our favorite is Chicken Fried Rice.

- 3 cups cooked white rice (I use Minute Rice)
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 cup frozen stir fry vegetables (or any vegetables)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- On medium high heat, heat the olive oil in a wok (a skillet will also work).
- Add to wok the vegetables, onion and garlic.
- Stir fry until the vegetables are tender.
- Push the mixture to one side, then add your eggs on the empty side of the wok and scramble. Add the rice, chicken, soy sauce and sesame oil.
