Cake Batter Ice Cream Recipe
Since it is unsafe to consume raw flour be sure to bake the cake mix for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees F before using and allow to cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sugar, whole milk, vanilla extract, and white cake mix. Fill the ice cream maker with the mixture and allow it to run for 15-20 minutes.
Serve or freeze for later. Ice cream will be very soft right out of the machine.
Tip: When making ice cream be sure to keep your cold ingredients in the fridge and your frozen ice cream insert in the freezer until you are ready to use.

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup white cake mix
