Are you enjoying the fall days? We are! We are trying to squeeze in as much time outside as we can especially with the sun setting earlier and earlier. While I enjoy making fun dinners at home, let’s face it I am busy and would rather spend time together as a family.
What do you think a reasonable amount of time is to get dinner on the table during the week? I think “20 Minutes to Tasty” is definitely time that I can commit to in the kitchen. Farm Rich helps me reach this goal with feel-good meals and snacks that are made with wholesome ingredients and are ready in minutes.
I have a “20 Minutes to Tasty” dinner option for Halloween that you can fit in before trick-or-treating. Have you thought about incorporating Farm Rich products into a meal hack? I used their boneless Chicken Bites BBQ in my BBQ Chicken Nachos and it just made my life a little easier!
Tortilla chips piled high with pineapple, cut up Farm Rich boneless Chicken Bites BBQ, black beans, cheese, onions, and black olives. To add a Halloween flair, I topped the nachos off with a spider web pattern drizzle of ranch dressing and some faux spiders (do not eat the spiders!!!). I served jalapeño peppers from Farm Rich along side my BBQ Chicken Nachos.
- 1 box Farm Rich boneless Chicken Bites BBQ
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 small red onion, diced
- 1 small can of sliced black olives
- 1/2 can of pineapple tidbits
- Ranch dressing
- Bake Farm Rich boneless Chicken Bites BBQ according to directions.
- While the chicken bakes, spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and layer tortilla chips, black beans, onions, black olives and cheddar cheese.
- When the chicken is done, dice into pieces and coat using the provided BBQ sauce package.
- Sprinkle the chicken on top of the nachos and add additional cheddar cheese.
- *I did two layers of nachos, therefore repeat layering.
- Place in 425˚ oven for 2 minutes, just till cheese is melted.
- Add pineapple pieces to the top of the nachos.
- To create a spiderweb, pour small amount of ranch dressing into a ziplock bag and then snip the corner of the bag. Draw circles and lines on top of the nachos with the ranch dressing.
- Top with plastic spider (do not eat the spiders).
