Many times people shy away from Disney Cruises because they feel like they will be over run with kids or all geared towards kids, however that is not the case. Yes there will be a lot of families, but there are many spaces and activities that are adult only.

Spa and Salon/Fitness Center
Take in the stunning ocean views while working out at the fitness center. From treadmills and ellipticals to weight machines to classes you will find what you need to work off the four course meals in the dining rooms.
Get pampered at Senses where a variety of spa and beauty treatments are available including massages, facials, aromatherapy, manicures/pedicures, hairstyling and more.
Adult Only Activities
There are so many adult only activities aboard the ships, including napkin or towel folding classes, animation class (where a crew member teaches you to draw a character) and Art of Entertaining (Anyone Can Cook) series (where one of the chef’s teaches you how to make a dish – appetizer, entree or dessert). Check the navigator, there is a section of the daily schedule that shows adult only activities.
Quiet Cove Pool/Hot Tub
Take in the sunshine and enjoy a kid-free pool and hot tub area fit for relaxing!
Cove Café
An indoor/outdoor lounge overlooking Quiet Cove Pool, Cove Café offers gourmet coffee, mixed drinks and baked goods (extra cost). You can also read a book or watch the flat-screen TV.
Alcohol Tastings
Disney offers a variety of alcohol tastings throughout the cruise including Beer, Mixology, Mojito, Chocolate Pairing, etc. These tastings do have an additional cost, however there is lots of alcohol to taste and they are always a lot of fun!
Excursions
Disney Cruise Line does offer a select number of adult only excursions. If you would like to take an adult only excursion be sure to check for those when booking.
Bars/Lounges (Evenings)
There is a section of each ship dedicated to adults in the evening with multiple bars and lounges. In addition, many will have evening entertainment including comedians, singers and even games (like game shows).
Palo/Remy
Palo and/or Remy (depending on the cruise ship) are the adult only restaurants. While Palo serves Italian fine dining, Remy offers French cuisine. Both restaurants are an additional charge, reservations can be made before sailing and a strict dress code must be followed.
