I love fall and the holiday season not only for the cooler weather and time spent together as a family, but also the delicious warm beverages like coffee and hot chocolate. I drink ‘a couple’ cups of coffee each morning and having seasonal creamers such as International Delight® Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer (one of my favorite), Salted Caramel Mocha, Sugar Cookie, Chocolate Hazelnut and Pumpkin Pie Spice make the cup of coffee even better.
Peppermint Hot Chocolate Float
With so many amazing flavors of coffee creamers, International Delight® frequently make an appearance in special themed holiday treats that I love to make for my daughter (and the whole family) to enjoy during the holidays. Special themed treats are the small things that my daughter always remembers and talks about months later and even from year to year. Our new favorite treat is Peppermint Hot Chocolate Floats!
The ice cream melts into the peppermint hot chocolate creating the most amazing combination of goodness. This creamy and indulgent treat is the perfect complement to an evening curled up on the couch with your family watching holiday movies. Watching holiday movies several times a week is a favorite of my family’s. It helps put us in the holiday mood. Have I mentioned that I love this time of the year?
