Summer season is the season of music festivals. No matter what your favorite music is or where you are, there’s bound to be a music festival near you this summer. One huge festival is Lollapalooza in Chicago sponsored by Cottonelle®.
This four day music festival starts this Thursday, July 28, 2016. There are 8 stages with over 170 bands performing from all over the world. There is an art market, Chow Town with a variety of food from the city’s favorite restaurants and even Kidzapalooza, where children under the age of 10 will be admitted for free with a ticketed adult!
When attending Lollapalooza, your bags will be searched upon entering the festival every day. I highly recommend a bag/purse with a no pockets for ease of going through security because security will have to search each section of your bag.
Things To Have In Your Bag for Lollapalooza
- Empty reusable water bottle can be refilled all day, every day at the free water stations
- Sunscreen (non aerosol cans)
- Sunglasses
- Camera and phone – only nonprofessional cameras will be allowed, and must be without attachments such as selfie sticks, tripods, and monopods
- Cash or register for Lolla Cashless on your wristband for purchases
- Poncho (incase of rain), so you can continue to dance in the rain
- Hand sanitizer
- Several squares of Cottonelle® toilet paper incase you end up in a Portable Toilet with none <– this tends to happen a lot to me. Cottonelle® with CleanRipple® Texture keeps you clean so you can rock out confidently this summer.
