My dog, Duke, was due for his annual exam and two vaccines, so we decided to try The Vets which is a mobile veterinary service that provides medical care right in the comfort of your home. It allows your pet to be stress-free in their own environment while allowing you plenty of quality time with the veterinarian to answer all your questions.

The veterinarians and veterinary technicians on staff offer comprehensive home visits for all the pets they serve. Their veterinarians have over 10 years of experience on average.
Our Experience
Booking an appointment with The Vets was so quick and easy, I received a reminder about my upcoming appointment, and The Vets were on time for the appointment with everything that they needed for Duke’s exam.
When The Vets arrived we chose a slow introduction to make sure that Duke was happy with new people in his house. Dr. Menges greeted Duke with treats (after verifying that it was okay and that he didn’t have any allergies) which means he instantly earned friend status! Duke received lots of pats, love, attention, and best of all treats during his appointment – he soaked it all up like it was the best day ever!
Duke was happy, excited, and comfortable during his annual exam and vaccines which eased my mind and allowed me to relax.
Dr. Menges took the time to talk to me about Duke’s stiff back legs and itchy chin along with the best ways to remedy them. We were able to get a refill of Duke’s Heartgard prescription and offered a flea preventive prescription. After the appointment, I received an itemized invoice, a summary of the visit with the veterinarian’s recommendations, and a copy of Duke’s vaccination records.
I am fairly confident that Duke did not even realize that he received his annual exam, blood drawn, or shots while The Vets were at our home – to him it just seemed like two new friends were visiting. I will definitely use The Vets again in the future because the whole experience was positive, easy, and stress-free.
