We went peach picking the other day, so of course, I had to make a delicious dessert! Have you ever been peach-picking? We really enjoyed wandering around the orchard on a beautiful Sunday after a week straight of rain.
I love fruit desserts like cobblers during the summer months! This peach cobbler recipe is made using only five ingredients which makes it so easy to whip up! Also, everything is mixed together in the baking dish, so clean-up is easy too!
It’s a great dessert to make for your family, a get-together, or for last-minute guests. Peach cobbler is delicious especially when served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream!
Peach Cobbler
Preheat your oven to 350˚F. In a 1.5-quart baking dish, pour in 1/2 box of white cake mix. Spread your sliced peaches over the top of the cake mix and sprinkle with sugar.
Next, pour water over the top of the fruit and gently mix/toss to allow for the water, fruit, and cake mix to slightly combine.
Place slices of butter evenly over the top of the mixture. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
