This flavorful, colorful, sweet and savory mango salsa is perfect to be used as a dip or as an addition to tacos.
Mango salsa is so versatile with the ability to enjoy as an afternoon snack, an appetizer, a party dish, or as a condiment to dinner.
I love this salsa because not only is it flavorful, sweet and savory, but it is also so full of bright colors that really make your food pop.
The key to making salsa is to make sure that you dice your ingredients small enough to fit on a chip when dipped in the salsa. This recipe is best if is made ahead and allowed to rest in the refrigerator allowing the flavors to meld together.
