This Chia Berry Yogurt Parfait is a quick and easy gluten-free breakfast, lunch or snack. It can be a healthy option and there are endless ways to customize it!
Looking for a simple breakfast option? This Chia Berry Yogurt Parfait is so easy to make and delicious too! Yogurt parfaits are an easy thing to make for breakfast. You just make sure you have all the components and layer them into a glass!
I keep berry jam on hand, it’s easy and quick to make. Then I leave it in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to a week. You could also make a larger batch of chia pudding to keep on hand, however, I tend to just make it each day.
Layer in a glass Greek yogurt, then the berry jam, next add the chia pudding and then some fresh fruit. Make sure that you spread each layer evenly in the glass and then repeat the layers with a drizzle of honey on top. For the parfait pictured I used blackberries, however, I also love using blueberries and raspberries.
