I don’t know about you but when summer rolls around I am all about fresh salads. Not only are they cool during these hot months, but they are healthy too!
Gourmet Warehouse sells BBQ sauces, marinades, spice rubs and injectables online and in several stores. When I looked through Gourmet Warehouse’s list of products, there were so many that popped out to me as perfect to try. While we love Greek/Mediterranean food, I don’t tend to make any at home. So, when I saw that Gourmet Warehouse offered a Classic Greek Marinade, I had to try it.
This Grilled Chicken Greek Salad was so fast and easy to assemble with the help of Gourmet Warehouse’s Classic Greek Marinade. You can have a healthy meal even on a weekend night!
I let the chicken tenders submerge in the Classic Greek Marinade over night and let me tell you the flavor was so good! The marinade had immersed all the way through the chicken and was extraordinary!
Gourmet Warehouse was even kind enough to offer my readers 20% your order using coupon code: MBFHL20 – happy ordering!

- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, sliced
- 15 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 small purple onion, sliced
- 15 kalamata olives, cut in half
- 1 package of crumbled feta
- 1 package of spring mix lettuce
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
- 3/4 cup of Gourmet Warehouse Classic Greek Marinade
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 1 teaspoon of Mediterranean spice
- Mix all ingredients together. Right before serving shake or stir.
- Marinade the chicken over night. Grill on a BBQ. Once cooked slice/dice for salad.
- Assemble in one large bowl or individually; starting with the lettuce, vegetables, chicken, feta and salad dressing.
- Optional: Serve with a side of hummus and pita.
- Add or delete toppings based on your preferences.
- I prefer to use chicken breast tenders, because they cook quicker, but chicken breasts would also work.
This looks so delicious! I love salads!
Me too! New goal: more salads this summer!
