Fall is definitely about spending time together as a family! There are certain things that start putting me in the mood for fall…like cooler temperatures (well usually not too much in the south, although we did get down in the 50s this weekend!), football season and pumpkin pie spice.

We have many family fall traditions like visiting the local pumpkin patch, carving pumpkins and trick or treating at Boo at the Zoo! However, I am always looking for more ideas that will get us in the mood for fall and creating memories together as a family. Insert Frozen Pumpkin Pie Hot Chocolate! It is the perfect treat for enjoying in the afternoon or at an evening fire with your family.
Truthfully, any of International Delight’s holiday flavored creamers would work well in this recipe: Peppermint Mocha, Frosted Sugar Cookie, and White Chocolate Raspberry! And make the perfect cup of delicious coffee!
- 1/2 cup of International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
- 2 packets of instant hot chocolate
- 2 cups of ice
- 1 cup of milk
- Whipped Cream
- Pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- Blend International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer, instant hot chocolate packets, ice and milk in a blender.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
- Serve.

This is the perfect Fall drink for Florida, since it’s still hot out! I want to enjoy the pumpkin spice craze, but hot coffee just doesn’t do it for me in the middle of the day. This frozen version is perfect!

I want some more cooler weather! Mother nature teased us with a couple nice mornings but we are back up in the middle 90s.
