I can say one thing: I am never hungry on a Disney Cruise! There is so much food and with very few exceptions it is all included in the cost of your cruise. We have found the food on our Disney Cruises to be really good and enjoyed all of our meals. If there was a dish we did not like it was because of personal preference and not because of the preparation. Remember that the food on the cruise is all you can eat, if you order or select something you do not like, don’t eat it and order something else. Below is an overview of different food offerings available on Disney cruises.

Buffets
Rotational Dining
Disney offers rotational dining, where you rotate between the three restaurants on the ship for dinner, however your servers remain the same (they rotate with you). Your servers will get to know you and may even have your usual drink waiting for you when you arrive to dinner. Each evening, your meal will consist of 4 courses along with a bread service: appetizer, soup or salad, entrée and dessert.
Remember that all the restaurants and buffets are all you can eat. You can order whatever you want from the menus, I have ordered two appetizers or two desserts and even off the kids menu. In addition, we ordered an extra entree to split to try something that we were not sure of. If you do not like your food, let your server know they will bring you something else to eat. Also if you do not see a Mickey Ice Cream Bar on the kids menu, you can still order it (they have plenty)!
Quick Service/Counter Service
Up on the open decks near the pools are a variety of quick service or counter service food choices with everything from pizza to hot dogs to hamburgers to fish sandwiches. However, also available at Goofy’s Galley (Wonder), Daisy De-Lites (Magic) and Fillmore’s Favorites (Dream and Fantasy) are salads, wraps, panini, sandwiches and fresh cut fruit.
Cream Cheese Pretzels
Pirate After Party Buffet
Character Breakfast
Adult Only Restaurants
Palo and/or Remy (depending on the cruise ship) are the adult only restaurants. While Palo serves Italian fine dining, Remy offers French cuisine. Both restaurants are an additional charge, reservations can be made before sailing and a strict dress code must be followed.
Room Service
Even room service is included in the cost of your cruise (remember to tip). We have ordered breakfast from room service, so that we could eat while getting ready for an early excursion. I thought the quality of the room service food was not nearly as good as the restaurants and buffets aboard.
